Andy came to two of my HMO properties during September, I had to have emergency lighting done to one house, an EICR, and smoke alarm Landlord certificates, and PAT testing. The other property just a EICR certificate.
On both houses I had a few problems which Andy sorted out quickly and efficiently.
Andy is very friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Andy was one of the most helpful tradespeople I have come across. Initially helped me over email then promptly installed a new fuse box. Great work, friendly guy. Highly recommend

Andy responded quickly for a quote to do a EICR report. Within a week he came to complete the report. He was very detailed with everything he did & gave us a run down on all the work he was doing. Highly recommend & we will definitely use again.

Andy is fantastic. He did some work for me last year and the communication and overall service was very professional so when I had a power cut today I contacted Andy straight away. Andy rang me back and talked me through what to do with the fuse board over the phone. Within 5mins the problem was sorted and the power back on, saving me the cost of a callout fee. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Andy.

I would like to recommend Andy the electrician for any electrical work small or large. Andy is very professional through and a very meticulous worker. He goes through everything in detail with you and his charges are also very competitive. We have a large house that needed a full electrical go over and Andy did this work methodically and finished within the deadline. We were extremely pleased with everything and would highly recommend him along with wishing him the best always.
