From my initial enquiry my new kitchen tap is in place and has been fitted very quickly, thank you! I was kept informed on day of fitting when there was a delay, which I appreciated, plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

My first time using All Plumbing Services and i was impressed from start to finish. Tanya responded almost instantly to my enquiry and organised for my new electric shower to be installed the following week. Steve came to do the work and he has done an excellent job, he's also taken away the old shower, the packaging from the new shower and left the bathroom spotless.

I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. They ensure that all queries are answered quickly and appointments are scheduled efficiently. You would be mad to use anyone else!

Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot.
Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself.
This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website.

Amazing plumbing service. We had a boiler service and repair for winter, fast, efficient service. Our engineer James was great and such a nice person to have in the house
