Top quality installation carried out by APi recently. Information provided upfront by Andrew was extremely helpful in making the right choice of Charger. Engineer was polite, cheerful and did a great job quickly and efficiently. No hesitation in recommending for a quality and competitive priced EV charger installation.
They just installed a charger for me in North Wales and I’m very happy with the result. The information gathering process is thought through snd streamlined. In the day the engineer was professional and friendly. The install is excellent and I have no qualms in recommending this company to do EVCP installations.
Really professional communications throughout the whole process.. Very Easy to submit information to confirm the installation requirements through my phone, great advice on the best charger for me, once ordered, clear expectations set on installation date and installation was flawless. I would highly recommend API and Andrew over been another number with once one of the Nationals. A bonus to be considered, I was not asked for a penny prior to the installation been completed, tested and shown how to use. Thanks API
API installed a Zappi car charger for me. I received a few quotes before selecting API. They were not the cheapest but gave me the most confidence of being able to do the job and also a clear and easy-to-follow quote.
I am happy that I selected API as the whole process, from first contact through to installation, was very straight forward and professional.
The install itself was very tidy and Jamie went out of his way to help with the set-up (including calling me over the weekend to make sure it was working!).
I did have a minor issue with the initial install but that was very quickly and professionally dealt with - great after-sales service.
I would not hesitate to recommend API.
