We needed a plumber urgently on the weekend for a leak in our kitchen. Asif came within 3 hours, sorted the problem quickly and also gave me some top plumbing tips whilst he was here! Would definitely contact again if we need help in future!

We recently had an issue with our toilet—a slow leak and a valve problem that we couldn’t fix ourselves. Asif from East Midlands Gas & Plumbing was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, and was polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.

We’re based in Tutbury, Burton Upon Trent, but I understand they also service areas like Derby and Nottingham. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber for anything from toilet repairs to larger jobs, I’d highly recommend East Midlands Gas & Plumbing.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. I called to ask for my gas fireplace to be removed and the gas to be capped. However I also asked for the engineer to look at a few cold radiators and to suggest any viable options. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me his very honest opinion, that in my case a power flush may cause more problems than I currently have!

Excellent service. They fitted our boiler last year and we haven't had any issues since. Returned this year to do the annual boiler service and gas safety check. Very comprehensive check and friendly, as always. Will be using them every year :)

I had 2 radiators replaced. Advised me which radiator was best for the bedroom stud wall due to weight issue of big radiators. Did a good and professional job. There were other issues in the central heating system which he identified too and made recommendations. Very reasonable price for the work he did. Overall glad that I called him as he demonstrated he is very experienced in his work.
