To be honest, I read the reviews first before deciding to have my mid-morning breakfast during my one-night stay in Birchington. This little place is a gem! The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere. My breakfast was perfect - I should have had second helpings! I highly recommend Zara's!

Proper English cafe, real tea proper food lovely service, feels like walking into a family home in the respect that everyone seems to be on first name terms! I had Breakfast No 2 with Scrambled Eggs and extra toast on the side! Went there with my best friend who knew everyone there! If you're looking for delicious food served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with ample on street parking, this is the place for you! Popular with locals, and visitors like me alike!

This is a real treat of a café. Zara and her partner are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and the food is yum, real homemade treats. We have been going for years with my aunt, but hadn't been in ages, however Zara remembered me and as usual had a lovely warm welcome. It's one of my favourite places in Birchington.

Lovely friendly chap that runs the place, we stepped in for a refresher along our coastal walk and he was very accomodating. I had a trio taster of cider and my boyfriend has a trio taster of local ales. All delicious, dog friendly and the locals drinking there made us feel welcome - thank you!

A quirky little bar.recomended to me by Stephen Haughan.author of the peswari Nan's ( look them up on Amazon) but the bar manager lovely chap.and the customers.non of this oh look a stranger vibe u can get. Will go back again.

Fantastic service and price. Alistair is a punctual, reliable specialist and helped solve a tricky problem in my house, also I asked him to fit a new consumer unit. Alistair was quick to provide me with a quote for an electrical inspection for communal fuse box in our small block of flats. I sent him a photo of our existing fuse box & he could immediately see that it no longer met the current regulations. He then quickly gave me a quote for the price of a new fuse box & the fitting. I booked him in to do the work & he arrived on time with all the necessary parts. He did a great job & was very polite. I will be recommending him to all my friends

TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. No problem was too large for him and I have booked him for further work. Nice guy and great business.

Great service! Tyrone responded quickly to my enquiry and was even prepared to come out on a weekend. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining everything, and checking that I was happy. Excellent value for money and he left everything tidy afterwards too! Would definitely use TT Electrical again.

One of the best tradesmen I've ever had work for me, reliable and well priced I usually find other tradesmen are usually difficult to get ahold of, or won't show up when they say, or charge ridiculous prices. I've never had this problem with Trevor We've used him for big and small jobs, and he's always great at what he does.

Dropped in for breakfast, warm greeting and order taken promptly. Food was hot and well cooked. Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere and decor. Slight gripe, the knives reminded me of those from school and the handle dug into the palm of my hand whilst cutting, invest in some better quality knives and forks. Would absolutely visit again.
