I have just completed my final procedure for implant surgery to replace my front tooth by Will Murphy.
From the very first appointment Will explained the full process and at every stage, explained exactly what the procedure would entail.

I had an implant to replace a milk tooth 1 year ago. The whole process with Will Murphy was very professional, skilled and the result fantastic. The tooth looks and feels like an ordinary tooth so I am extremely pleased.

I was born during the Second World War and, being the third child, my mum told me that she struggled to feed me. I feel that this has affected my teeth during my lifetime. I have been under Will Murphy’s care since he took over the dental practice in Newhall Street, Birmingham. I was one of Will’s first patients for implants, the first time having two. I have lost count of how many I have now! My plan was to replace teeth as and when I lost them. I moved to The Dentists, Dorridge a couple of years’ ago, the practice being nearer my home. Since then, Emma has looked after me, with Will looking after my implants. I recently lost another front tooth, which broke off at the root. Will expertly took the root out without damaging the jaw bone. He did an immediate implant, with a temporary tooth to preserve my looks while the implant was settling. I find the process of having implants more tolerable than having a root filling! The end result is far superior to having a patched up tooth or false teeth. I had my final fitting yesterday and, to be honest, the tooth feels like my own tooth. I can now eat normally and not be afraid to smile. I am so lucky to have such a talented dentist looking after me and can’t thank Will enough. If you are at all nervous about having implants, you couldn’t be in better hands.

Amazing dentistry from Will Murphy! So professional, calm and reassuring. Other dentists described the implant process as incredibly complex and difficult, but Will presented the whole procedure in simple steps which helped to diminish my fears. I had two implants, a bridge and a veneer. The whole process was undertaken with such care and professionalism; I had never experienced such gentle dentistry. Will informed me of each step and was happy to spend his time answering my questions and allaying my concerns. I didn’t experience pain; just some discomfort, but the outcome was amazing! I now have a beautiful smile, much better than my original teeth and I am so grateful to Will and his team. The price was extremely competitive too.
