I have been a patient for many years and quite simply wouldn’t go anywhere else . As a nervous patient I am put totally at ease by the professional caring attitude of the staff, turning what would have been an anxious visit to a pleasurable one
I was recommended Paul Lowe dentistry a few years age when I knew I might need some treatment and I had lost faith in the dentist I had been seeing. Best decision I made, I'm a very nervous patient but from the moment I arrive for an appointment I'm put at ease. All the staff are friendly reassuring and professional. When I needed urgent treatment they managed a same day appointment. Still a nervous patient but I have such trust in the team.
I have been using Paul Lowe Dentistry for a number of years now. My previous dentist retired and I first went to another practice in the area that I found to be unprofessional. My previous dentist recommended Gilly at Paul Lowe and I made the move over. The experience is way better. Reception staff are friendly and I appreciate that they do other duties as well.
