What can I say? As someone who plucked up the courage to finally sort my teeth out in Jan 2024 and having not been to a dentist in a few years purely because I had felt as though I was being judged previously it was the best thing I have done. From my initial 1st visit where I was tearful and embarrassed I was put at ease and talked through the various treatments I could have. Having decided on denture implants the whole process was explained and it would be a long process but I felt I was doing the right thing. Now on completion of my treatment I could not be happier with the result and it was well worth the cost. I want to thank Suresh and the whole of the team. Also I would like to give a big thank you to Marc who is responsible for the smile I now have (which I am trying to get used to!) Friends at work have commented on how natural my teeth look and how great they are. I highly recommend Changing Faces. I had extensive dental treatment at Changing Faces which included; an implant, 5 new crowns, removal of old mercury fillings replaced by white ones, Invisalign, hygienist treatment & finally teeth whitening. Not only did the fabulous team at changing faces (Suresh, Marc, Sharna, Chelsea, Rob, Babita & the super friendly receptionists Kerrie & Kim) give me my smile back they succeeded in helping me overcome a lifelong phobia of the dentist. Suresh & his highly professional team are so skilled in their roles I instantly felt comfortable & knew I had made the right decision choosing Changing Faces. At nearly 60 I have always feared the dentist as all of my previous experiences were not good ones. Even from my first call to Changing Faces, Kim on reception put me at ease. My initial appointment was with Marc, a genuinely caring guy, who provided the reassurance I needed to go through with the surgery. Marc, Suresh and the nurses all made my experience seamless. I have gone from shaking and tearful at the Dentist to laughing with the team during appointments!

Marc is a fantastic guy, a real character, who has given me my confidence back. I can now smile again without cringing on the inside as I hated what I would see in the mirror. Marc is also a perfectionist and will tweak and do what’s needed for that perfect, natural look. Suresh did a great job of completing the surgery, again putting me at ease.

I now have a dental plan I was never able to have before due to my nerves. For the first time, I can go to the dentist on my own without any fear.

Having dental implants was something l thought about for a long time but was nervous about having it done as you hear about the bad experiences people go through when choosing the wrong dentist . I did some research and chose changing faces which turned out to be one of the best decisions l have ever made . Mark , Suresh and the nurses are all brilliant I had a new upper denture and full lower dental implants . The care l received was exceptional , the whole procedure was easy and stress free . I am so happy with my new smile l wish l had done it years ago . I highly recommend changing faces to anyone thinking of having dental treatment .
