I had my first appointment here yesterday.
Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, and so was my dentist and hygienist.
There is 1 set of stairs to climb which is a little tough for those of us with disabilities.
I've never felt so immediatly put at ease and welcomed at the dentist before. I wasnt rushed, i felt my teeth mattered to them. i was encouraged to discuss and ask questions. i didnt feel judged for my past health concerns. and i really felt listened to and cared for.
They were really gentle and understanding with my sensitive tooth, and my dislocating jaw. (i cant open very wide). and the instrument placed in the mouth for x-ray was the most comfortable ive experienced anywhere. (not some huge contraption that digs into your gums).
i didnt think this existed in the UK anymore. My mom is swapping to here after my glowing review.

First visit to Oraco after several disappointing year at my last practice. First impressions are good, staff were friendly and the dentist that saw me explained a lot of what was causing a long standing issue with one of my teeth - something that my previous dentist never did. Long may it continue!!
My first appointment there today, very pleased with the service, the dental practice was very clean & tidy. Staff were really polite pleasant helpful & curtesy . Dental practitioner & dental nurse were polite pleasant & professional making the whole experience very pleasant 😊
