Mother in laws boiler ceased to function and her usual plumber said the parts to repair were not available/obsolete.
Rung these guys and Carl came out same day to quote for a new boiler and quickly sourced a replacement gas valve which was the source of the problem rather than a new boiler.
Next day he sent Jamie round to fit the part and happy days boiler now working fine and they saved my mother in law £3500.

All parts of the job were well explained both before and during . The work was commenced and completed on schedule and everything was left clean and tidy. The staff are all business like and polite. As a bonus, they are on call 24/7/365. We are warm as toast and really happy. Many thanks
On his first visit Karl tested my mains flow rate to check I could have a combi, as I wanted to replace my aging system boiler and cylinder setup. He then suggested a couple of Worcester Bosch options based on that.
Karl and Adrian came to fit a couple of weeks later (as they'd had a cancellation), and everything is now up and running perfectly. They have done a great job, and were very professional and friendly, as were the admin team in the office. I have been really impressed by this company and would highly recommend.
Fahrenheit are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Whether it's the admin team, engineers or the director himself- everyone is super polite, friendly and very helpful. We had a Worcester Bosch Boiler fitted. The company were very easy to liaise with, returned calls quickly and answered any questions we had before we committed to the installation. They even accommodated a last minute change to the boiler model (our request) with no quibbles. On arrival, the two installers introduced themselves and kept us informed about the how the installation was progressing. They were polite, efficient and very tidy. All original fixtures and fittings were replaced with a lot of care. They ran through some of the important features of the boiler and controller, and completed all the works to a very high standard. We were delighted with their work, the choice of boiler and the pleasant way the all the staff conducts their business and workmanship. We were very impressed and they come recommended.
