Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house. Definitive Electrical arrived at 9am the following morning (today) and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. I can't remember the names but they were efficient, polite, friendly and careful with possessions/property. One of the easiest interactions I've had with a contractor from start to finish. Excellent service. I needed a ECIA test carrying out and they did it the day after I called. On the day of the inspection I needed some work doing which they had time to do. Very professional, polite, thorough and well priced. Would definitely recommend.
