My favourite curry restaurant by far, a little more expensive than other places by the menu and food is better, they have had the odd day without their normal chef but enjoying going through the menu.
Newly opened and they have been caught out with poor heating in the building, it used to be a carpet shop so previous tenant didn’t heat the main room properly, give them time to sort this out and it will be a top venue for curries.
Image shows my new favourites on Garlic Chilli Chicken (top) and Scicilian Garlic Chicken (bottom) Scicilian one is like an Indian version of Hunters chicken tasting a little like barbecue sauce with a twist of garlic with green peppers.
Had a lovely meal here with friends, never been before and I literally live round the corner, no one else in and it was 7pm, served promptly by a very friendly guy, food was delicious, place looked very clean. Once we left there was about another 6 tables taken up, so obviously gets busier as the night goes on, this was a Friday night by the way. Would I go again? Absolutely, oh! There us no licenced bar so take your own drinks etc 😉
