I went to see Tracie as I was concerned my child had a SpLD. School repeatedly reassured me there was nothing to be concerned about, but I was not convinced. After a few sessions, Tracie echoed my concerns and helped me seek a diagnostic assessment. She has been a constant source of support and advice since, which really helped compensate for the lack of support from school.

My other child also started attending sessions with Sarah, who recognised gaps in key areas of the curriculum and so addressed these.

Both Tracie and Sarah are fantastic tutors who really care about the kids.

Having been to two other tutors I was wary. However, I could see straight away that Tracie was different. She set my daughter up with a folder and some activities to practice during the week. Within a short space of time Tracie could see what areas we needed to focus on. She was warm and encouraging throughout. My daughter enjoyed going to the sessions each week and it made a big difference to her SATs results.

Tracie and Sarah are just incredible! They not only support academic development but see the child as a whole. They identify barriers to learning and offer support and strategies to overcome them. What I have valued the most is how kind and compassionate they are in the way they communicate with children and their parents. We have achieved and surpassed the goals we wanted to achieve with their support.

Key Stage Tutor is amazing. My daughter has been tutored by Nova since she was diagnosed with dyslexia in 2022, and the support and encouragement that she has been given is outstanding. Nova has taught my daughter to trust in her own abilities and has provided her with tools to use both in and outside of school to help with her dyslexia. It is evident that Nova genuinely cares for my daughter and provides her with the nurturing she needs during their sessions.

I would highly recommend Key Stage Tutor. Although my main contact is with Nova, all the other tutors are friendly and helpful. My first conversation was with Tracie, and I distinctly remember thinking, while talking to her, that I hope she can fit in my daughter, as I knew I had found the right place for her.

The team at Key Stage have been absolutely instrumental to the academic achievements of both of my children.
Tracie spotted my children’s neurodiversity way ahead of me and their school, and has supported me 100% throughout my journey to diagnosis and support within and outside of the school setting.
Besides that, she has ensured both of my children are filling in the gaps their school work, that they are simply not able to complete at school - due to class sizes/and more often, just general learning style.
My children love going to tutoring! She has a brilliant way with both of my children, and they both feel far more confident in the classroom, than ever before.
