Second time we have used this company and its always the same level of service, he came out on new years eve and saved was done in the first hour finding and fixing the issue. Very honest and professional, came back and fitted a couple of plug facias,light roses and switches, very reasonable on price and done the job to a high standard, will only ever use and recommend this man from now on

Dave was recommended to us and turned up on the day he was contacted, he was presented with an awkward task of wiring in two built in ovens with limited space to position the electrical connections. He solved the problem swiftly and competently, completing the task in a relatively short time. It was clear he had a good knowledge and understanding of his job and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a good, reliable electrian.

Dave has been brilliant. We recently moved into a flat and got three quotes for rewiring. Dave was by far the most reasonable and also offered a more comprehensive service than the other electricians. He has been extremely flexible, full of great suggestions, is very safety conscious and has a lovely team.

Excellent service all round. His speedy response to my call was much appreciated. He gave us valuable advice on replacing our hob which saved us money. Returned to fit the new hob as soon as it arrived as promised. Professional and personable service at a very reasonable rate. Thank you.

A quirky characterful themed cafe with the tone set by the owner and staff. Well worth a visit. It is a small place so a bit crowded and food took a while but lots to look at while you wait and it was worth waiting for. Generous portions well cooked.

Great restaurant with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The WW2 decor has a very interesting history and adds an extra charm that you don’t get at a lot of other cafés. 100% recommend if you’re in the area and fancy a tasty brunch!

Called in on the way to Minis Bay beach and so glad we did. Off to a good start cafe being dog friendly. Food and drinks we had were very good as was the service . Turned out the owner used to live local to us . Cafe theamed with Lancaster stuff as the bouncing bomb were tested off the coast at Reculver. Good to see places like this still remembering how many air crew lost in WW2 .

Amazing cafe, staff are absolutely wonderful and cheery! Elz the man that owns the cafe is a proper laugh!! The food is lovely, I’ve been in a few times now and the two waitresses are very kind, lovely and helpful. It’s a clean local cafe. Lisa the cook is very friendly and lovely. Atmosphere is amazing, everyone talks to eachother and there’s 80’s music! Service was astounding like usual. And it’s a dog friendly cafe so bring all your pups!! Would urge anyone to come here with family or friends!!

I've had problems with my electrics for years. Tim installed a new fusebox and attic light. He also changed a dodgy socket. Since then I have had no problems whatseover! Highly recommended.

Tim was excellent from start to finish. He did a site visit & clearly identified how long the job would take and the cost involved. To be honest, I read the reviews first before deciding to have my mid-morning breakfast during my one-night stay in Birchington. This little place is a gem! The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere. My breakfast was perfect - I should have had second helpings! I highly recommend Zara's!

Proper English cafe, real tea proper food lovely service, feels like walking into a family home in the respect that everyone seems to be on first name terms! I had Breakfast No 2 with Scrambled Eggs and extra toast on the side! Went there with my best friend who knew everyone there! If you're looking for delicious food served in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with ample on street parking, this is the place for you! Popular with locals, and visitors like me alike!

This is a real treat of a café. Zara and her partner are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and the food is yum, real homemade treats. We have been going for years with my aunt, but hadn't been in ages, however Zara remembered me and as usual had a lovely warm welcome. It's one of my favourite places in Birchington.

I have used Duncan several times to undertake work at my business, including a full fuse board replacement and some technical work to connect up a gas shut-off system. Duncan came and helped us with electrical upgrades for our kitchen renovation which were completed to a very high standard. The works were quite tricky and required a few visits, which were attended punctually around the kitchen renovation. I couldn’t recommend Strangxl as a company more. As a family he was very mindful of our home and children. The electrical safety certificates have been carried out by Duncan previously and we will continue to have his services to make sure our electrics run safely and to the current recommended standards. Lovely friendly chap that runs the place, we stepped in for a refresher along our coastal walk and he was very accomodating. I had a trio taster of cider and my boyfriend has a trio taster of local ales. All delicious, dog friendly and the locals drinking there made us feel welcome - thank you!

A quirky little bar.recomended to me by Stephen Haughan.author of the peswari Nan's ( look them up on Amazon) but the bar manager lovely chap.and the customers.non of this oh look a stranger vibe u can get. Will go back again.

Alistair was quick to provide me with a quote for an electrical inspection for communal fuse box in our small block of flats. I sent him a photo of our existing fuse box & he could immediately see that it no longer met the current regulations. He then quickly gave me a quote for the price of a new fuse box & the fitting. I booked him in to do the work & he arrived on time with all the necessary parts. He did a great job & was very polite. I will be recommending him to all my friends

We’re here on holiday and our friends recommended Quince. The staff were so accommodating when I requested a vegan meal, and my apparently many dislikes of others ingredients they suggested (I didn’t realise I didn’t like so much!)! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgable! I’d say the price is completely fair for the quality and size of the portions! Would highly recommend!

A lovely evening at Quince with friends. Staff were attentive but also gave us time to order, chat and enjoy the afternoon without being interrupted lots. My stomach is absolutely full and those charred vegetables I could eat everyday. Thank you for all your hard work and care - we will definitely be back soon. Excellent value for money.
