Our boiler needed replacing, I was dreading getting it done as we had heard so many horror stories. However I contacted Paul and he was very quick to respond and came out to assess our old boiler and give a quote. He was professional, courteous and respectful. I was at work but my husband wad very impressed with Paul's whole attitude. Paul was very busy, but he came out the next day on a Sunday, to fit our new boiler as he was busy for the next few weeks and he may not have been able to fit us in for a while. But we were very happy with this time scale. The work was carried out by Paul and his team. They were all very professional and courteous, The boiler was fitted within the day, he even sorted out some previous bad pipe work. He has registered our Worcester boiler with the manufacturer and we have received confirmation from them of the 10 year guarantee. We will be taking out a service plan with Paul as we trust him and his team. We would definitely recommend him to other people.

Completed a home visit to see what needed doing to give me peace of mind add have a competitive quote for the work needed. Very good and quick communication responses via email and text to answer my questions. Very tidy and efficient on day of installation they dismantled the old boiler and additional water tank and installed my new Combi boiler. Completed the job all in one day and even did an additional DIY job for me whilst up the ladder to re attached an air vent for me. Was given a lesson in how to work the new thermostat, boiler and went through all the paper work ect…. Very happy with the service they provided and my shiny new boiler! Very friendly and helpful no hassle I would highly recommend them in the future! I’m very happy with the work they completed. A+++

Our ancient oil boiler stopped working and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. Paul was recommended and was able to spec and quote from the photos I sent. The quote was competitive and he said he could install within a few days. Paul turned up on a Sunday morning with another installer and by 2 o’clock they were all done. Brand new Worcester Bosch boiler, flue and pipe work expertly fitted with a 7 year warranty. They removed the old boiler and left the cellar cleaner than when they started. They stayed until every radiator was checked and everything worked. We were so impressed with the quality of work and service. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Called Paul on Friday afternoon, he came round on Friday evening, sent a really reasonable quote through straight away and we had a new boiler fitted by the following Wednesday. Would highly recommend!

All aspects from booking to installation have been seamless. I rang Paul on Monday and I had my new boiler installed on Thursday.
