We had Sam/Sammy as a waiter and he was brilliant! Me and my fiancé were celebrating our engagement and he went above and beyond to make the night special for us, gave us good recommendations, very friendly and even serving our desserts with a personal touch, great food and even better service. Booked a table of 7.. it was for my Dads 65th birthday. We all had starters, followed by steak, burger or ribs. The food came out all hot and fresh and steaks were cooked to our likings.
The room at the back of the building we were in was cold with not much warmth and a blow heater plugged into the wall, which is a shame for anyone who dined in that room, it takes away and special feeling.
The service was nice and polite and took the correct orders.
The food was gorgeous, full of flavour, the steak was cooked to perfection, also the waitress was very friendly & helpful
We came Christmas Eve for our family meal. Our server was kae and he was fabulous! Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient throughout our meal.
He couldn’t do enough for us.

Long Island iced teas hit the spot, partners steak done to perfect and my lobster 🦞 just right. For a chained steak house the quality and value is great.
