What a beautiful place this is. Can be quite busy but staff and kitchen handled it like a pro. We were graciously welcomed and staff was super friendly and attentive to all. As they had a lot of customers on the night, they never lost their cool and made the experience extremely pleasant. The liver was a bit under cooked so ended up with pink, bloody mash BUT was still tasty. Aranchini was cooked brilliantly but the sauce was too tomatoey for me as it over powered the taste of the aranchini. The olives & bread is sooooo good. The Black Shadow cocktail was so tasty and tiramisu also delicious. Nothing like a little Grappa to end the evening off. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing place. Best restaurant in the area by far and it shows! Food is perfect and a great verity of food to choose from. Service is brilliant, all of the staff are appropriately dressed and very kind. Overall a clean and a very positive environment to be in. Definitely would recommend, definitely one of my favourite restaurants. Would 100% come again if I’m in the area. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Everything was incredible. If you would like to experience Greek culture this is the perfect place to go to. The pastry and coffee have absolutely no difference of that of Greece. Lovely atmosphere, very chilled out place, service is excellent, extremely friendly people. I would highly recommend.

What a treat this was! Incredible food & drinks selection and even though the particular treat I came for had sold out, the wonderful staff there put something special together for me which was so delicious! Also made my husband another drink on the house as he had mistakenly ordered the wrong thing…no fuss what so ever and even when he insisted on paying for it, they said not to which was so lovely. Really went above and beyond for us and I can not wait to return many more times in the future. For the glorious food and drink, for the stunning layout and display of the restaurant and for the beautiful people working there and making it so warm and welcoming! Thank you very much 😊

Love it here. The best Greek goodies I've had outside of Greece and the coffee is top notch. I always visit when I'm in Canterbury. Portions are generous and food is delicious and tastes so authentic. It's a lovely vibe in there too.

We went in for a coffee after roaming around the town the whole day on a cold winter day. Loved the beautiful decor, coffee was really good and we had a brownie which was amazing!! There are lot of quick bite options as well which we would love to try next time we are there ! Really cute place with lovely staff and good looking furniture! You can get some beautiful Instagram pics for your feed! Recommended!

I think I fell in love with this little cozy Coffee shop! The girls who worked there when we came were lovely. The place inside si small but a lot of natural light comes in so you don't really feel suffocated and there are outdoors benches and tiny tables. I took a Chai Latte and my boyfriend took a Long Black. We added a bag of coffee from their little shop, because it was a very interesting blend. The lady asked us if we wanted the beans grounded and then proceeded asking for what purpose was the coffee(to get the best grounding level). I found it very professional. The Chai is made with a mixed powder a little spiced. I usually don't take Chai when it's a powder because it comes out very sweet but this was one of the best Chai Latte I've ever had. So if you are like me, don't worry about taking this one, even if it's in powder!! The spices blended so well with the taste. And my partner was happy with the taste of his coffee too. Extra bonus for the aesthetic

This lovely little cafe serves amazing food and very reasonable. I had a georgous sandwich with all the trimmings and my husband had a flatbread sandwich. Wonderful cook and waitress. Friendly polite and fast service. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place with kind and helpful ppl working in it. The food and cakes looks very appetising. The cafelatte cake was moist, creamy and soft. I will definitely come back for the chocolate and orange one 😏👌🏼 The coffee has traditional flavours and barista had served it with creamy, steamed milk. Gluten-free and vegan cakes are available also. There is toilet in the premises. Prices looks reasonable considering that operating a shop must be costly nowadays.

Looks clean and tidy. Fresh hot pasty . Turnovers.Homemade. Range of teas. Good coffee. Does not do fried egg but that's due to not having the facilities. Still lots to choose from Quick service . Very polite . Passionate business owners. Not been open very long. One small step down into cafe Some nice space but compact. Couple of the tables would be awkward to sit on because of a pillar and table in walk way . Quite narrow. Wouldnt fit wheelchair through. Could use front of shop has two tables by windows with more room. Toilet available . Small but clean. Nice handwash and kitchen roll for hand washing. One step up to the toilet area. Wouldnt be able to fit a wheelchair. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast looks nice and seen some happy customers Can do cash or card . Gives receipts by email or paper. Sandwich very nice. Well presented. Bacon cooked well. Bread nice and fluffy. . Scrambled egg tasty! Served with salad crispy and nice dressing  also some coleslaw on the side . Reasonable price and Inexpensive compared to most other local cafes Most places your looking at 7.50 a sandwich . Gluten free and vegan options available. Could have a nicer looking menu and a little more appealing advertising out front. Maybe a menu in the window to show what's available and the great prices. Parking isnt available outside but has some off road parking locally and a car park just down the road. Station road. Would definately go back again :)

My friend & I popped into this lovely cafe earlier on today...very friendly welcome and great suggestions for the delicious homemade lemonade and feta tarts....food came with a yummy unexpected salad and we munched the lot! Another FANTASTIC meal at Ozgur. The service was fantastic which started with a warm welcome and continued with a friendly and brilliant service all round and throughout. Food was out of this world. Cooked to perfection. We had the main meal for 2, served with different meats and rice. I don’t normally like lamb but the way they cook it is amazing, great portion sizes I was full up but couldn’t help but eat just that little bit more. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as this place really deserves it.

Stumbled across this place on a road trip. Maybe had been camping so long but this food was divine and what felt like very authentic Turkish cuisine! The service was top notch and had a sense of humour perfect for me and my friends. Sat outside with a lovely view of the high street. Tried the signature strawberry desert to finish our order of all starters and soup shared. Will definitely take a meander back here if ever in the area again.

Best place for breakfast, absolutely brilliant every time I visit. The coffee is the best I've tried in canterbury, not sure why it's so good but it is. I've been to most cafes in canterbury now and this is by far the best. The food is always hot and fresh, very little wait time, service is always spot on and one of the best places for prices. Seriously, try this place, at least for a fry-up if nothing else.

Good food and prices, conveniently located close to the city centre. I went to The Beano Cafe for a late morning breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, two slices of toast, a portion of chips and a can of fizzy pop. The cost was only £7.00. Lovely relaxed cafe with outdoor seating too to enjoy the sunny weather. Menu has lots of choice for all dietary requirements and dogs very welcome. Just wanted to share my experience of this wonderful venue, I have been coming here for around 14 years, and its always been a favourite of mine, from their delicious sandwiches and cakes to their super coffee and excellent table service, It does get very busy in the summer times, and is popular with dog owners and walkers as well as young mums and their children, often on the way home from school. Yesterday I was in need of a light lunch and so took a friend out for a drive in the country and came here, to avoid the city as on an overcast and pretty windy day, the city is not the best place to be. I chose a 'Very Berry ice-cream Milkshake' and a BLT, I know from having breakfast there in the past their tomatoes are super sweet and really juicy, and their bread is fresh and wholesome too. My friend had a health salad bowl and a glass of tap water. As always the staff were helpful and super friendly chatting to everyone that came in and showing them to a table. I cam in at 12:30 expecting it to be rammed but there were a few tables free and we were quickly seated. £15 for two of us was very reasonable considering we had a salad and a drink. There were a number of happy looking babes in arms and young mum's out with their parents, so it made a convivial atmosphere, and when we left the Sun finally made an appearance. I keep going back as the food is brilliant, the staff and great and the atmosphere is always friendly. See you there soon.

Visited on a friends recommendation and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Ordered an iced latte, iced americano and babychino for drinks and all were superb! The most difficult part was choosing what cake to order with our coffees. We went with a scone (was perfect) and a brownie both or which were excellent quality. I will 100% recommend and return when in and around the area

My sister and I went to this lovely cafe today. First time I’ve been but my sister has been several times. I am coeliac and there was. so much choice ( something I’m not often used to having),, We had a lovely sandwich which we shared to leave room for cake. So many to chose from. I chose a delicious cheesecake and my sister who isn’t gluten free had the chocolate and cherry cake. We both thought the cakes were yummy. Thank you for having such a big gluten free choice, we’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

We found this cafe by chance as the cafe we normally stop at on route home was closed. We were greeted on arrival by Jo. I am gluten free and was delighted when Jo told me I could get a gluten free breakfast. My friends had the breakfast bagel while I tucked into sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, mushroom and tomato with gluten free toast and real butter. My friends reported that the bagels were delicious. The cafe was an unexpected gem . It has a lovely atmosphere and Jo the waitress is so friendly. Ceci the owner/chef is also lovely.

Cannot thank The Latte Lounge enough for the buffet they prepared and laid out for a birthday at my home. It was all just so tasty and delicious - it was all eaten over 3 days by us all!! Highly recommend Sharon and her team who created all these delights for us. Thank you all, see you in 2022

This is by far my all time favorite coffee shop, there are a huge selection of choices that manage to cater for everyone and almost all the produce and products sold help support loads of local businesses! Nutmeg is a local haven, not many coffee shops give you the chance to drink coffee from beans roasted just a few miles away, not to mention that every coffee is also served with care and love from all the amazing staff

An amazing afternoon on the chapel down wine tasting! Andrew was not only knowledgeable but gave great humour which made the tour. Would highly recommend

Did a tour & wine tasting here on 9th July. Tour guide Andrew was very good & made the whole experience fun. The wines were good & staff very friendly. Lovely patio to sit & enjoy a glass or two after the tasting & also a very well stocked shop.

We had a wonderful, early evening tour of the vineyard. Andrew was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the wine-tasting and delicious 3-course meal in The Swan on-site restaurant afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend the Luxury Dining Experience as we also came home with a complimentary bottle of bubbly!

This was a very good wine tour, which was very informative and Andrew was very good and funny. Highly recommended. The portions of wine were very generous. We bought some wine in the shop afterwards

A very informative two hour tour of the vineyards and winery process. Interesting facts and entertaining anecdotes given by our guide, Archie. Well worth the visit. The wine samples were all excellent.
