We came out for dinner as we were gifted a voucher for my partner’s birthday. We had such a great time, the food was amazing and the service was brilliant as well. Thanks to Jack for brilliant service during our dinner:)
No-one came to show us to the table for what seemed like ages, but was probably 2 or 3 minutes. Restaurant was clean and looked well maintained. Great choices on the menu, service was excellent and attentive without being intrusive. Toilets were clean and functional apart from the cubicle I chose where the barely worked and hand drier didn't work.
Overall great dining experience and great food.
Very happy with overall service. Riannon was pleasant, helpful and most importantly food ordered was delivered quickly and accurately.
Minor disappointment with all 3 steaks ordered, which were underdone but everything else was perfect.
We were sat next to an extractor fan which was quite noisy (!) hence one star knocked off for atmosphere.
What a pleasant experience. The food was excellent. So many side dishes, so many sauces and so many things to try! The steak was absolutely delicious. I would place it somewhere in my top 3 steaks I’ve tried for under £60 a person.
We had the cote de boeuf - which is essentially a bone in ribeye. Cooked to perfection.
Visited over the weekend with family. Can't fault it, really. Portion sizes for the starters and mains are great, and there's a great variety of different drinks & dishes.
We all ordered steak dishes for mains, and the steaks were cooked perfectly and more importantly, super tasty. One criticism would be that the calamari could use a bit more seasoning as it was a bit bland without the help of the aioli dipping sauce.
There was plenty of parking available on a Saturday evening and there was no need to wait around for our booking once we arrived.
Staff were all friendly, and the service was good.
