Within thirty minutes of contacting Mark, a van was parked outside my door complete with everything needed to assess the electrical problem at my home. After being asked what the symptoms were, Mark proficiently set about diagnosing the issue. I had lost all electrics at the sockets, oven not working and no hot water for shower. Lights were still working. With Mark's experience as an electrician he was able to competently find the cause of the problem and rectify it. I would highly recommend Hayes First Electrical.
Very professional, definitely knows his stuff and makes it easy for you to understand, very thorough and honest and great at finding the best solutions. We thought we needed a full rewire, but Mark advised of other options, turned out fab. Thanks Mark
Mark did a great job fitting downlights and an electric heater on our stairs and landing. Explained what we needed and Mark carried out the work exactly to our requirements and at a reasonable rate. He arrived at the agreed times and was efficient, neat and tidy. Will definitely use again for electrical work.
Used for emergency call out. Was nervous as no idea what to expect but Mark was professional, did a great job and was a reasonable cost - especially for an emergency call out. He's in my phone book for all future electrical needs!
