Received a call today from Olivia regarding cancellations available for my partner; how refreshing it was to hear such a friendly and professional person on the other end of the phone! I accompanied my partner (her 1st appointment at Oak Tree) and actually met Olivia as she was manning the reception (although she is a qualified dental nurse!) Her excellent demeanour was welcoming, personal and efficient. It’s not often that I would say this, however, because we were both impressed; Olivia is a real asset to Oak Tree Dental Practice, a rare ‘diamond’, and would suggest that she is a real ambassador for the business. I can’t recommend this dentist enough! Everything from the ladies on reception, to my appointments, to the assistants who support my dentist, to the actual practice itself is just wonderful!! She is the absolute best and I am so happy with all the work and time she gives to me! My Mum was seen by Dr Swinscoe, and she’s received nothing but great care. She’d been mistreated, taken advantage of, and just generally had some awful experiences at her previous dentist, and the way they looked after her and corrected the issues that she’d incurred from the previous place was excellent!
