I had a problem with my Megaflo water cylinder. He was able to find the issue over the phone. He guided me through few steps in order to show him the affected parts and then he provided us the solution. Highly recommended!

I've had a few quotes this morning for my boiler fault which I now know I accidentally caused this morning, Matt was super honest and explained what I needed to do on the phone saving me 100's of pounds quoted before hand, I gave him the exact information as previous two called....thank you so much just coming back from maternity leave our money is tight and this guy deserves to be recognised for his authenticity and friendly approach
