Job was to replace old fuse box with one of up to date spec. Neat efficient job carried out on schedule.
So grateful to James and his team for doing the repairs on my new property. James went out of his way to collect keys at literally the crack of dawn before I headed off to work. He was professional and had such a friendly manner it really made me feel like I was in good hands. The team then did the job in a timely manner, left the place absolutely spotless and even fixed a plug socket for me at no extra cost. Being a lone first time buyer who is clueless about electrics, gas etc I cannot thank James enough for being so friendly and going above and beyond with the job, he even offered to help out with anything else I may need going forward. It really shows when someone isn't just good at their job but also a good person who genuinely wants to help his customers.
James was completely professional and informative whilst installing a new boiler at my property. He was quick and efficient and explained the process of how the new boiler works economically for me as a single female. These things can be daunting! I would recommend him and his services again. Thank you for such a quick and smooth installation!
Excellent service from ALS Electrical. Prompt and reliable response to fixing electrical issues we had following a house move. New consumer unit, heated towel rail, down heater, extractor fan, switches and sockets all replaced by Ben who carried out the works professionally and without delay. Cannot fault the workmanship. 1st class service and would recommend without hesitation.
Really pleased with all the work that was carried out. Clear communication from start to finish. No stress, just got the job done!
