I received exceptional service from Omar, who arrived promptly within an hour. He took the time to thoroughly explain my issue and even went out to purchase the necessary parts, successfully restoring my hot water on the same day. Omar also identified several faults that the previous plumber had overlooked during their visit three weeks ago. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to them again for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend.
We didn't have any cold water from the upstairs taps and the toilets weren't filling. Omar responded quickly to my enquiry. He was able to diagnose and fix an air lock. He was happy to take the time to talk me through how to fix it (should it happen again).

Omar replaced a leaking valve on one of my radiators. He responded quickly and fixed the problem. He was efficient and courteous and provided some very helpful advice. I am very happy with the service provided and can recommend him.
