I took my car to Paul as I had a issue with the adblue system.After arranging an appointment via email Paul managed to resolve the issue and I have had no issues or warning lights since.
I was so pleased with the service I received I returned with my Campervan to get a remap installed and again I'm extremely happy with the service.The van is running so much better with the extra bhp and torque that I wish I had it done sooner.
I found Paul to be very professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him to have any diagnostics work undertaken.
I phoned at 8am today as I was concerned about the brakes on our car. I dropped off the car at 9am, I had a call before 11am to tell me what was wrong. The garage sorted the parts and the repair and I had our car back before 12. Amazing! What a great garage. The staff are lovely too.
My car had failed it’s MOT. There was a list as long as your arm and I was thinking of scrapping it. However a work colleague (who swears by this garage’s reputation) advised me to get a quote from Paul (the owner). I took the car to him, we had a good chat, I was more than happy with quote he gave me (several hundred pounds cheaper than others). I expected the car to be in for a week or so. I work as a funeral director so I need my car 24/7. Fortunately the wife loaned me her car. I was amazed to get a call just two days later to say car was ready and that it passed it’s MOT! I was surprised because this is a very busy garage – it’s clear they have a good loyal customer base. That was four years ago and I would simply not go anywhere else. The owner meets you personally to discuss diagnose and costs involved. He is a very honest man, I know this because on a couple of advisories from MOT, I asked him to just do everything however Paul advised that they were not urgent and can be done next time. Where do you get this from? My wife has also been taking her car to him for the past year. This garage is a real gem, you will not regret using it.
