We attended a wedding reception. The venue was lovely and the food delicious. The service was very good. I'm a blur badge holder and my only criticism would be that there seemed limited disabled parking for the numbers that were attending.

Really beautiful course with fantastic practice facilities and lovely club house. The par 4 13th is stunning, apparently inspired by Augusta and it shows. Really lovely welcome by the starter who was enthusiastic to tell us about the course and it’s history.

Great course. Stunning conditions and set up. Has a good range of holes, some tricky and others a bit more simple. Definitely worth another visit. Value for money is also very good with a quality driving range.

Lovely golf course, first time me and my son went down today 8/9. We only did the driving range just to get the feel of the club to see if my son like it and he did. Went to pro shop and the young lad in there very polite and told me there the driving range was. Will be back to play a round when the weather isn't so wet

Beautiful views whilst playing on a beautifully kept course. Greens in September were exceptional. Nice wide course so very forgiving. Some nice long par fours and tricky par threes. Not that hard a course but very enjoyable. Restaurant, cafe and bar are very nice. The staff throughout were very nice and friendly. Hotel looks like a lovely place to stay. We had a day of rain, so must visit again in better weather! All round good place to visit.

Got married here in the 11th of may 2024 what an incredible day myself and my husband had. The team at the darnth where just incredible nothing was to much of a hassle from the moment we booked it. The day was run so smoothly everyone was just so friendly. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough the best place ever to get married!! We had the best day ever!

Wonderful staff that made our day extra special. They pay attention to detail and are very on board for the whole day and night. Extra touches like caring for and bringing out the gifts for key guests and making sure the bride and groom were well attended made for a perfect experience. They certainly went over and above for us and are well versed in making sure weddings run smoothly. We returned a few weeks later for lunch just to be in that lovely space around kind and attentive staff.

As a photographer, I couldn't have asked for a better setting to capture unforgettable moments. The picturesque surroundings, exquisite décor, and warm ambiance provided endless opportunities for breathtaking photos. The rooms were beautifully lit and had natural light shining through. From intimate portraits to candid shots of joyous celebrations, every frame reflected the love and happiness shared by the newlyweds and their guests. I am grateful to The Darenth staff for their professionalism and hospitality, making it a seamless experience to document such a special day.

Just visited the driving range. Excellent prices with Club hire for just £2. Great facilities, toilets were clean and the bar was nice. The staff member in the shop was nice and knowledgable, recommended some good stuff to get us started. Definitely be going again.

What a wonderful experience,, no complaints at all. 4 stars for location only because of the poor bus routes. If you are arriving at the train station late it's best to pre book a taxi as there is no / little uber service in the area. We were lucky to get one of the last taxies working from the station taxi office.

We went for a quick 9 holes and supper from the bar menu. The course is well kept with attention paid to drainage. There is something for everyone on the menu.

We went to Birchwood Park to attend a celebration of a beautiful life cut sorrowfully short, and not to play golf. That said, we were greeted by beautiful and immaculately kept grounds that were being used by plenty of golfers engaged in their sport. The views were nothing short of stunning, the atmosphere serene. The room we were in was spacious and light with a sheltered balcony and easy access to bathroom facilities. All guests were made to feel very welcome by all members of Birchwood Park's staff from serving staff to the bar manager: I felt they appreciated the solemness of the occasion, and were beyond courteous. The afternoon tea provided was fulsome, with copious amounts of sandwiches - quality fillings well presented. We all to a man left feeling much more relaxed, even in spite of the initial purpose of us coming together: I think that the venue combined with the way we were all looked after by the staff had a lot to do with this.

I would highly recommend using their venue for functions as the venue is a beautiful and an amazing place. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very professional and helpful in every way. Shana the events manager was a complete star she went above and beyond to help us all the way throughout to organise our Grandmother's wake. I would highly recommend this venue and myself and my family would like to thank Shana and her team for everything they have done for us and we would definitely use the venue again for future functions. From Jason and Debbie, Hayley and Family xxxx

I have had the pleasure of shooting several weddings at Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club. The Clubhouse hosts their ceremony room on the first floor, overlooking the rolling fairways and lake, and is a beautiful room offering plenty of natural light for photographs. There is plenty of outside space for group photos, candid documentary photography and couple portraits. The staff are helpful and professional.

A nice reasonably priced golf course. Fairly open with some challenging holes. You can book online. The course is great at the moment. Greens are fast, slow to medium at present. Ham and chips were lovely. Had a nice breakfast on the 5th October. Reasonably priced.
Rating: 5 / 5
Played 3 courses in this area in the last 7 days. This gets the nod as the best. Great start for someone not playing the course before, nice and open. Then it's gets a little trickier through 18. Greens were immaculate and ran true. Will be back in the future.
Rating: 5 / 5
Excellent condition, tricky greens and a few unforgiving holes.Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon.
Rating: 5 / 5
First time playing the course, greens are the best we have played on, even after lots of rain over the week. Fairways in very good condition. Worth the visit for the challenge of the potential card wrecker 8th hole green over water (luckily escaped without penalty). Staff were very nice, food was nice. Look forward to going again.

First time at this course very impressive, a great nine hole course, with 2 tees per hole to make it a very nice 18 hole. We shall certainly return

Great little course, nine holes but separate tee boxes to make it 18. Hilly, challenging and good value for money.

Difficult course but beautifully kept

This course is stunning, absolutely brilliant value for money! Quite a hilly course but every hole is maintained to a very high standard. The welcome was fantastic too, The lady at the desk came out to show me how the course holes were etc but I had no issues as they were sign posted well. Great hidden gem
