The boss is a shouter. His staff must hate him. This ruins the atmosphere. Drinks are below par due to lack of consistency. Different every time, with sprinkles, without sprinkles, with sauce around cup or without. With sauce on the cream or left plain. It should be the same regardless of branch but this branch is a lottery, it depends who serves you.
Had a problem with a drink but Jordan and the other members of staff were really lovely and helpful and made me another one :)
I've been to this location several times and the team of guys that work here, work extremely hard and are very pleasant. On a few occasions I've noticed that there is a middle aged lady with glasses who may be the Manager (name begins with "G", I couldn't read her full name badge), who has a horrible manner in the way she speaks to the staff. She barks at them, intrrupts when they are trying to serve, and honestly looks like she doesn't want to be there! There is no excuse for speaking to team members the way she does, especially when it causes a scene infront of customers. If she is the Manager, she should look for a new job and learn to talk to people with a nicer tone. 😉 Four stars go to the lads that are trying their hardest to serve customers.
Went To This Place And Loved It 😍, Was On Vacation From USA And Had Brunch There Amazing Service Great Stuff , The Place Was So Busy But Staff & Manager Was Supper Nice Keeping The Atmosphere In High Spirits. All Of The Staff Is familiar with their Customers The bonding Was Great To C & Going Three Time There Made Me Feel The Same That The Staff Knows Me & My Family. Loved It
