Communication was outstanding, Josh turned up when he said he would and it was on a Sunday!!! Very polite and professional. He found the problem and is going to sort it. I will only be recommending JGR roofing from now on to my friends, family & clients as so many tradesman can't even answer the phone let alone turn up when promised. Josh completed a complete reroof of our grade 2 listed property. All done with welsh slate and new leadwork. A joy to see a real craftsman at work. We are extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend Josh and his team.
Josh was the only roofer that got in touch to give me a quote for storm damage to my roof. As soon as I contacted him to say the job was his he arranged the scaffolders they was there very quickly. Josh then turned up the following morning to do the job, the work was completed that day. I would highly recommend Josh and I he will be my first call if I have anymore issues with my roof.
We contracted Josh and the team to replace our roof with Spanish slate. We were impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the team and the speed and efficiency of the work.
