Jason and the team were professional and diligent from the start. On site, all efforts were made to help explain the process and any works were done without disruption, and with care. Thanks to Jordan and Brad for that. They also worked very well with our roofing team. In the office, Chris was on hand to guide us through the stages and helped with any questions. Patient and polite throughout - customer care is definitely high on their priorities. Would recommend without hesitation.

Pricing was realistic and once Viable were instructed we were updated regularly with regard to programme and site arrangements. In order to ensure longevity of the installation, the Viable team were able to recommend a roofing firm to us to carry out roofing improvements prior to the solar install. There was clear communication between all parties and effective site management throughout with scaffolders/skips etc.
Site left clean and tidy and the performance of system since installation has been beyond expectations. Needless to say we recommend Viable Power and are discussing future opportunities to improve our energy efficiency with them. Thanks again.

Got a quote from Viable as they were doing some work on neighbours installing solar as I wanted a car EV charger installing.

Excellent throughout. Happy with the price, very nice job (done exactly how the work was agreed including fitting an additional board. They tidied up, taking all rubbish away and took time to demonstrate the charger. Professional throughout and kept informed of when they would be arriving and when power would need to be dropped etc.

Will use them for any future Electrical work needed.
