His prices were competitive and gave great advice on my options before I made a decision, very approachable and friendly too.
His work was neat, he also cleaned up after himself too.
He really did do everything to meet my expectations and to a very high standard!
I must say using someone for the first time is always a worry, but Mike portrayed a sense of courtesy and professionalism straight from the first phone call through to the job completion which made me feel in safe hands.
