Lovely venue. Window seat offers a stunning view of the canal. Food is nice but not a very wide choice. After breakfast finishes it's mainly sandwiches, soup and baked potatoes. Microwaved not oven baked. Cakes are nice. The staff are friendly and the shop downstairs sells amazing gifts trinkets and handbags.
You can always get a gift for a female freind or relative. They have a price range that will suit any budget.
The cafe up stairs is lovely with a good choice of drinks and light snacks. Get the window seats and you have a lovely view of the canal. The stair has a stair lift to help you if you struggle with them.

The cafe is really welcoming upstairs, the food is fresh and really nice.
Visited the gift shop and cafe today and had a really good experience! Was looking around in the gift shop, a bit lost on what to get certain family members (bit of a last min christmas shop) but the help I got was so great, honest opinions on the scarves and bits. Even though the cafe was quite busy I thought the staff were really attentive and the christmas menu was really lovely, with a really reasonable price. I’d really recommend downstairs and upstairs if you’re visiting the area.
