I used to find it hard to visit the dentist but all the staff are very kind and understanding and make me feel at ease. Now my visits are much easier. The dentist is really kind, patient and reassuring, explaining everything to me so I'm able to make an informed choice for my treatment. The actual treatment is very professional and done with care and sensitivity. I feel much better when I leave after my appointment.

I’m so happy that I found this practice. The reception staff, dentist and nurse were all really kind and made me feel welcome. I was very impressed with the treatment I received. The dentist carried out a full examination and explained everything that needed to be done. I felt confident that I would get the best treatment for my problems and will definitely come back to have the work done.

My daughter (10) has been attending here for a couple of years now. She was extremely nervous and scared to start with but now she actually gets excited and loves seeing her dentist. Unfortunately a few days before Christmas a front tooth filling decided to make a break for freedom. Not a good look for Christmas! Luckily the lovely team managed to get me an appt the same day and fixed my tooth. They were so kind and polite, and took their time making sure the colour of the filling matched my teeth. I had been a little concerned I’d be walking out with an outrageously white tooth but I shouldn’t have even been a little anxious. It looks so much better, especially considering the original filling had been put in over 20 years ago! I’m never disappointed when I use this dentist service. Highly recommend.

I needed an emergency appointment as an overseas visitor. Not only were the team able to fit me in to see Dr Field but went out of their way to assist with booking the appointment. The friendliness over the phone was surpassed only by the warmth and gold standard care during the appointment. If I were a local I would immediately choose Tunbridge Wells Dental Centre. A special acknowledgement to Lynda and Emma.

For me, a winning dental practice comprises 3 complementary elements: 1. amazing dentists & nurse practitioners who put patients at ease whilst doing a fantastic job; 2. cutting edge diagnostics that underpin hassle-free treatments and 3. a friendly, professional reception team that goes the extra mile. Tunbridge Wells Dental Centre offers all of these, and some. Mike is an excellent dentist who really cares about his patients’ well being. He is super-calm, ensuring even the most nervous patient can relax & shake off any fear of the dentist’s, and very knowledgeable. Best dental practice I’ve ever experienced, & definitely the best in TW.

Mike and the team are extremely thorough and professional. He explained everything he did very carefully to both myself and my 3 children. He has a great rapport with the children (aged 12, 10 and 7) and helped them all to feel at ease. He also reduced the quoted price of treatment by £100 because the three appointments took less time than he had planned; he rightly explained that he always likes to allow more time than needed in case of any problems or anxiety. An excellent service all round, I would thoroughly recommend.

I was in pain with my gums this evening at 8pm on a Saturday night and Mike rang me out of hours just to give me some free advice based on a Facebook post asking if anyone knew of an emergency dentist. He was promp and gave me some helpful advice. He even offered to open up his practice on a Sunday (when his usually closed) just to help me out. That's what I call a genuine human who wants to help someone out. Thanks again Mike !

I recently visited Tooth Club for a routine check-up, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and adorned with calming decor, which helped alleviate any pre-appointment nerves. Great service overall!

I can’t fault Dental box or thank them enough for all the help they gave me for my autistic son. The care he received was outstanding and also the support for myself also. Ronnie was seen on Monday and treated with sedation and teeth out on the Wednesday. He was a very nervous child and the staff, dentists dr and the therapist nurse were all amazing and made the appointment very relaxed for my son. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him treated here again especially because of the care around his additional needs were met they went above and beyond and I now have a happy 9 year old again. I recently had extensive work on a dead tooth and 2 chipped teeth. From start to finish, Dental Box were great and put mind at ease at every step of the way. Absolutely amazing service from the moment I walked into dental box for my anti wrinkle injections. The staff were amazing from the warm welcome as I walked in from the lovely lady on reception , to the extremely professional service that I was provide with by Emma . I came to Natallia with an ongoing root canal issue as it required a microscope attention. She took all the right steps to advise me on the procedure and prepared me for the one and final visit. My 1st visit to Lenham Dental, after being with my own dentist, for the last 45 years. To say I was nervous is a major understatement! Kate Marshall and Michelle were wonderful 😁 Put me at ease, explained everything and I felt leaving like I had been a patient for years. Can't say I'm looking forward to actually starting a course of treatment, but know I will be in safe hands 👍 I also upgraded to an electric toothbrush, so hopefully will receive some brownie points😉

I have been a patient of the Lenham dental surgery for over 25 years. I am mentally disabled and there have been times when I attended for a check up and wasn’t very well. This was probably a nightmare for them although I was trying my best. The lovely people there always talk to me like a normal person and, when necessary, have given me space to compose myself again. I am very grateful for all they have done for me over the years. And, as a testament to that- I’m getting old now and still have most of my teeth 👍👍

I had a filling last week and the dentist said this would have to be done by the hygienist which I thought was weird. All I can say is wow I have never had such a pain free, gentle experience at the dentist. I was numb enough not to feel it but not so numb that I was dribbling and incoherent. I have never been a fan of having fillings but if all my previous ones were like this I would not stress in the slightest. I highly recommend her to everyone.

We’ve been attending Lenham for nearly 40 years My wife and I and our daughter would all concur that it is an absolute brilliant, first class, exceptional practice All the work we have had done is first class. I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. I am very impressed with the quality of treatment and service. Overall experience was great too - friendly and helpful reception staff. I would highly recommend Jade Dental Practice.

This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

I saw Adil yesterday and he was so helpful. I had been in a lot of pain with my tooth, he explained my options and made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. I was nervous as I was having an extraction, but Adil made me feel at ease and it was over a lot quicker than i expected. I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. I take both of my children to Jade Dental too and have always had positive experiences. Thank so much Jade Dental!!
