Polite, efficient and pragmatic, Simon communicated consistently and simply throughout. His work rate and quality are of the highest order, and he powered through a longish list of domestic fixes and installations to a fantastic standard.

Simon came to change our consumer unit and fit a new EV charging point at my mother's house. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages and managed to fit us in at short notice despite a busy diary. He was honest and professional and I was really impressed with the quality of his work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tidal again next time we need an electrician. Thank you!

Brilliant service. Simon went out of his way to make space for a short-notice EICR. When he arrived, he was cheerful, professional, and hard-working. He also went the extra mile to sort out another (unplanned) issue with the electrics in the kitchen. First-rate electrician - recommend.
