Amazing company! Called out when we lost power in our office at work, super quick to get to us, very professional onsite and quickly worked to get us back up and running. Confident team who i will be working with again in the future!
Quick and fast service. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my garden light through pictures I sent and said I needed a new light. The sensor was completely broken. He sent me recommendations and came out the next day to replace the light. Gives me comfort he has a one year guarantee period so will come back out if any issues.
Aziz and the team were great! They showed up on time, diagnosed the fault, explained everything well and gave us options on how to proceed. The rates were perhaps a little pricey, but for a call out at short notice on the weekend seemed fair! (And they were explained to us upfront without any hidden charges).
Fantastic service - courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Aziz demonstrated his huge experience and found the fault straight away. Fixed things quickly, cleanly and calmly. Offered great aftercare and was lovely and warm. Pricing clearly stated and honest. Plus my cats liked him a lot! 10/10 would 100% recommend.
Aziz did a great and speedy job for a block of flats near King's Cross that we manage. Was there within the hour and returned power back to the units. Thanks Aziz
