We were very impressed by Art from when he first came to give us a quote to install a new electrical double oven to replace an old gas oven. The main problem was that we didn't have an electrical supply where it was needed. He gave us two possible solutions to get the power point to where it was required and we felt confident that he would do a good job. We weren't disappointed and were very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely ask Art to quote for any further electrical jobs we need doing.
Far exceeds 5 stars rating! Art did an absolute amazing job with our spotlights replacements to downlights. Even though I forgot to mention to him about the size difference (non standard hole size) needed for the tilt version. As a first time homeowner, I have no clue about how to operate the consumer unit, he gave me a tutorial of it & spent sometime with me going around the house. Whilst I asked a whole bunch of questions, such as, "can I do this", "I want this". He analysed & assessed the rooms, walls & floors then explained his solutions. He said "you can have anything done, as long as you can imagine it".
I had an issue where the trip switch on my electric board wouldn't reset, leaving me without power to all my kitchen appliances – from the fridge to the dishwasher and microwave. I contacted Art, and he arrived the next morning. He explained all the diagnostic and repair options clearly, and had everything fixed in about an hour. The service was prompt, professional, and thorough. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!
