i can not speak more highly of the service & care received from Rowly House Vets on the 26/9/24. My Betty had ripped her claw out and was in a great amount of pain and discomfort but Rowlys managed to not only fit us in for an assessment but carried out the required procedure that very morning! Our Vet Hollie was lovely and Great with Betty who can be a touch Nervous at the Vets. Superb customer experience and i have now found a new local Vet. Thank you.

Blessed to have found Rowly House Vets, they were so badly needed at the end of our beautiful doggie Wilson's life, after the very poor care offered by our previous vets, so was unthinkable that we should go anywhere else when our new puppy arrived

I've used Attimo Plumbing & Heating 3 times in the last 12 months. Once to install a new central heating boiler, replace a faulty central heating timer and most recently to fix a radiator not heating up + a leaking toilet. Every time, the service has been excellent from Matt. I would definitely recommend Matt and Attimo to any one.

It's a rare occurrence these days to find excellent service and expertise. So it's with a great deal of enthusiasm that I can actually say that Michael from Ambient Electrical Services displays both of those qualities and so much more. He recently fitted two electrical units for me, he responded incredibly quickly to my initial enquiry and fitted me into his already very busy schedule. Customer service fantastic, professionalism first class, value for money great. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We have known Michael for many years. He is very professional, dedicated and hard working. No challenge is too big for Michael - he has sorted our garden lights problems, despite a very wet environment and many faulty parts, saving us the need to replace the system at an enormous cost. I highly recommend Michael!

Mark has been my plumber for a number of years and always gives great service. He's done emergency repairs (shower pump replacement, leaks) and scheduled work (boiler, underfloor heating, servicing) and he's always polite, accommodating and professional.

Great plumber! He managed to fit us in, worked on a timer so really honest. Really friendly and helpful! Great with my dog too who can be a bit nervous of people in the house. This us the second time I've used him and I will definitely use him again.

My family have been attending the Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic for the past 22 years. We have received the best care we could wish for, from regular checkups to crowns, microscopic root canals and orthodontics. Nobody in our family is ‘afraid of dentist’ because Cathleen our dentist has worked with each of us specifically and all treatments were of exceptional quality, using only the best materials and modern facilities. The clinic has a welcoming ‘spa’ like allure with outstanding cleanliness and very polite and patient receptionists. Gillian the hygienist has been applying the most up to date techniques (for 20 years) and Costa, the orthodontist did almost the impossible for my daughter’s misaligned teeth. I must specify the out of hours email and phone suport that has been so comforting to use. Thank you everyone at Elmsleigh Dental Clinic.

Highly recommend Elmsleigh House for your dental needs. The nicest dental experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime. Olivia has helped me so much with fixing my hypoplastic teeth with whitening and composite bonding. I’ve had countless compliments on my smile ever since. She is one of the nicest people and really cares about helping her patients by prioritizing using less invasive techniques. I no longer feel the need to cover my mouth when I laugh anymore, thank you Olivia.

I honestly don't know how to explain how fantastic a dental experience I had with Elmsleigh... From start to finish the team are polite, empathetic, and professional. I am a nervous patient and Louise immediately put me at ease whilst handling my call and provided me with all of the information I could have asked for. I required an urgent appointment and I was fortunate enough to be accommodated on the same day (won't always be possible). On the clinical side Hugh and Sophie were an incredible team, I cannot say thank you enough... Skilled absolutely, but Hugh's reassurance and explanations throughout were ideal and matched perfectly to what I personally needed on the day. Go to the dentist with confidence with Elmsleigh. I will be taking my family there also, five stars never more well deserved.

I am a nervous patient, however my experience of Elmsleigh Dental care is extremely positive. The warm reception from the front desk team relaxes me, and the treatment I have received from Hugh Cowley has been amazing. Appointments are always on time, and I can honestly say I have not felt any pain at all during treatment for an implant. Everything is explained and aftercare support is also fabulous.

I cannot recommend Michael highly enough for the great job he did. He replaced our boiler and installed a new heating system in our house due to a renovation. He got through the work quickly and his attention to detail and knowledge of heating is second to none. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any work doing. 5 stars

I’m really pleased to have found Michael to fix my boiler. I had called someone else a few months prior who didn’t even come to see the problem (at that point the issue was only that it was not heating water very well) and offered me a no guarantee repair for £800 (he just presumed it was the heat exchanger) or £3000 for a new boiler. I decided to make do for a while with only slightly warm water. Once it started leaking too, I thought I’d give it one more go at repair before succumbing to a new boiler. Michael came to see the leak on the same day I called, quickly diagnosed what the problem was and got to work finding the part (it is a very old and uncommon boiler so not easy!). He had the part within a few days and came to fix it. The boiler gave him quite a few challenges since it was on its last legs but he stuck to his quote and even checked a couple of other things I’d asked about (radiator fluids and broken drain valve). Michael then turned his attention to the original hot water issue, found the issue, ordered the part (not the heat exchanger!!!) and got it fixed. Being my old cranky boiler, this also gave him some issues but he expertly worked his way through them (again for the quoted price) and now I have super hot water and no leaks for a fraction of the price of a new boiler. Michael is polite and friendly and very reasonably priced. He was punctual and kept me up to date with progress all the way through. My ancient boiler has a new lease of life and if I do have to replace it at some point in the future, I know who to ask.

Michael replaced our boiler and all radiators and installed a hive control system. Very knowledgeable about boiler types and best solution for us. The installation was done quickly and very neatly, cleared the mess up as he went. Price was very good. Very professional service on top of that -Michael is calm and unflappable. Michael was recommended to us by two different friends and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. We've had Graham and co do work for us over 15 years in two houses we have lived in for a reason as he is fantastic and fair tradesman and heating engineer/plumber. Fast but thorough, well priced and good value and I would say there's no one better or more skilled, having used others before him. Can't recommend enough. Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

I find this practice very helpful and compassionate. The receptionists are always cheerful and caring. The dentists are always ready to listen to you. Although I have only been seen by one dentist over the past 3 years at six monthly intervals I understand each one is just as caring and compassionate . I would recommend this practice to anyone who has any fears of dentists they will put you at your ease, and work with you at your pace. You will come out of there feeling good. They have a very comfortable waiting area too.

I have serious anxiety around going to the dentist. From the moment I walked into Molesey Dental Practice I was put at ease. The receptionists were very welcoming and later helpful in sorting out my appointments. Emma was brilliant as was her nurse (sorry I'm terrible with names and I can't remember her name, anxiety levels so high I probably never retained it but she works on Tuesday and Thursday). They put me at ease, kept checking how I was doing. Emma took time to go through my options and make accommodation to fit me in due to a pending operation I am having. I won't say I'm looking forward to my next appointment but I am significantly less stressed about it. I really can't recommend the practice more.

I have been with Molesey Dental Practice for many years. My Dentist within the practice is Puneet who has a really lovely manner and is very caring. Gary is a superb practice Manager, always welcoming, highly professional who goes above and beyond. The nurses I have met are always kind and caring and the hygienists are very good. A few years ago I had some orthodontic work - Lucy fitted my braces and did an amazing job. Another total professional with a caring and compassionate approach. I highly recommend the practice, it is warm and welcoming.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves.
