Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week.
Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction.

Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.
