I have been a client for a number of years now and would highly recommend Burneston Dental practice. My experience has always been a positive one. The staff are all very friendly. Dr Anand has a lovely manner and is brilliant with my children (who look forward to their dental checks), he always explains things clearly and you don’t feel rushed.
A recent incident required rapid attention. Natalie worked diligently to find me an early appointment to see Anand (best dentist in the world in my opinion). A temporary solution was effected immediately and options discussed for the longer term.
The solution was an extraction which was done and all seemed fine but a subsequent visit to Alex the hygienist identified some inflammation. Anand was called in for an examination and prescribed antibiotics and a review agreed after two weeks.
At the review minor work was done and all fine. Great teamwork by a very professional team.
I noticed some negative comments posted regarding appointments but I must stress my experience was entirely positive.
I know when some people go to the dentist they dread it. However I quite look forward to a visit to see Samantha, Sarah and Natalie at Burneston Dental, it's like seeing old friends! The practise is always welcoming and spotlessly clean. Always good advice (FLOSS!) and on the occasions when I have had to had a filling or a chip repaired the work has been done to a very high standard. The booking reminders via email are super helpful too.
Could not recommend more.
