I am so impressed with the team. Office staff so helpful and the men who carried out the work first class. Had a lot of old norweb wiring removed and they reconnected everything and tested. Fitted lights and replacing sockets.
They went above and beyond and left the place spotless. Recommend. Thank you 😊

What a fantastic company. My mum lives on her own and suffers with dementia. When her lights went before Christmas three companies let her down by not turning up. Fusion Electrical were fantastic with her. Offered to order specific lights if I sent them a link at no extra cost if I wanted them to and when they attended they were outstandingly brilliant with her and sorting her out. Brooke the receptionist kept in contact with me making sure that she passed on the information to the person attending with precise instructions on how best to deal with my mum as she gets a bit forgetful and confused. They were excellent from top to bottom and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Bravo Fusion Electrical, they just don't do a great job but they're great with people too.

Both the on-site electricians and the office team were highly efficient and well organised. The quotes, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups were all handled seamlessly. I was kept informed at every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving the final, thorough documentation. James even took the time to explain the details, which gave me complete confidence that everything was done to spec. I’m thoroughly impressed and would happily use Fusion Electrical again.
