Amazing colour done by Lottie. I wanted a bit of a change so she suggested going for a different colour underneath instead of a full head of colour. As she is a trainee she consulted with one of the senior stylists to confirm the colours were OK.
Lottie was easy to talk too whilst she was applying my colour and I was offered a cup of tea.
She cut and styled my hair as requested checking throughout what I wanted. Senior stylist checked cut at the end.
Salon was clean and tidy and stylists were constantly sweeping and cleaning away in-between clients, a lovely, friendly environment.
