Steve went out of his way to provide advice over the phone, and followed up with a detailed quote over the weekend. He was courteous enough to message me when being held up due to an emergency. Steve is someone who I'd definitely recommend. Very thorough and knowledgable.
Steve provided me a very competitive quote from RatedPeople.com for a small electrical job. within an hour of posting the job he came back to me with a price and was able to attend within the next working day. he done an excellent job and cleared up at the end. would highly recommend and will certainly call Steve for any further jobs which need doing.
I needed an EICR certificate done asap. Steve from DEC was able to do the checks and issue my certificate within 24 hours of me contacting him. Very professional service. Highly recommended
I called in the morning and Steve was kindly able to accommodate me (the same day) in the afternoon to carry out the inspection. Charges were reasonable and payment was only due after the completion of the works. Once paid, the report was emailed to me the next day. Overall, a professional company which I would highly recommend.
We had a total rewire installation done at our flat. From start to finish they took their time explaining everything to us making sure we were happy with everything, they even gave us a few tips and recommend a few other contractors who actually turned out to be just as amazing as they were, considering this was our first property renovation. I would highly recommend Steve and his workmen, in fact we have already told our friends and family about them. To be honest I can’t sing their praises enough.
