Amazing. Can't fault one part of their process. Emergency visit during a weekend night for a dog struggling to breathe. Faultless service with them and couldn't ask for better reassurance and information both in person and over the phone. The 5th star is for a follow up call to see how he was doing later the following day...can't recommend them enough.
We had to visit the East Midlands branch last night as our collie had a nasty cut on her face. The team were amazing, Alex de Jorge our vet was warm, friendly and helped put our mind at ease immediately. Superb expert advice and Alex is without doubt a real asset to the business.
