Lovely birthday visit to The Dew Pond. After a very warm welcome by owners Julie and Keith, we enjoyed drinks outside on the decking, overlooking the garden and surrounding greenery. As usual, also enjoyed some delicious cheese straws while perusing the menu.

I went for the cheese soufflé, beef and a very refreshing espresso ice cream - perfect way to finish in the warm weather.

Service from Marie and Emma was a particular highlight - considerate and professional but giving enough space to enjoy yourself.

Would highly recommend at any time of the year but particularly as we come into the warmer weather, it’s a beautiful place to visit.

Delicious food, very kind staff. Would definitely recommend. The baked cheese soufflé and the dark chocolate covered honeycomb were delicious!
