I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend them and won't be going anywhere else in future. Thank You to Rosina and team for your care and compassion.
A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chair

I was greeted by receptionist who is always welcoming and helpful.
I saw Charlotte Helliwell who was checking and cleaning my teeth.
Both Charlotte and her assistant were so friendly and informative. I was nervous about a couple of my teeth being sensitive but Charlotte
I had a filling also a clean and felt at ease from the off. The procedure was explained to me as it went ahead and i felt cared for and looked after whilst being in safe hands, Thank you.
