At first, things went very poorly with the dispatcher on the day of the scheduled service. There seemed to be no communication between the very nice people at the front-end office and the dispatcher who had incorrect information, resulting in delaying the arrival of the technician until the final ten minutes of the four-hour window.
Alex Plumbing was fabulous to work with! They were able to accommodate my timeframe quickly. And what we thought was going to be a simple fix turned out to be more work than expected. Alex Plumbing figured it out and Zachary stayed until he knew the job was 100% complete! I would highly recommend Alex Plumbing!
Yuval came out to help find and repair a leak that we were having in the area under our kitchen sink. He did a great job of finding the problems, and installing our new faucet & garbage disposal and replacing a hose to our dish washer. This is the 2nd time we have used Alex Plumbing, and we would use them again if any other plumbing issues arose. Thank you!
