The staff were very welcoming and it was quiet when we arrived in the evening. We phoned up beforehand to reserve a table. They were really quick with answering the phone call. I really enjoyed the friendly service and the food was delicious. The portion sizes were a reasonable size for the price. The child friendliness of the service was impressive! The staff were accommodating and made the experience enjoyable for the little one. It's great when restaurants consider the needs of families with child/children. It was a positive experience overall. Highly recommend them.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The restaurant boasts a fantastic ambience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The prices were incredibly reasonable 💰, offering excellent value for money.
We ordered the meat curry, and it was absolutely delicious – a true highlight of the meal. The pineapple mojito 🍹 was another winner, a refreshing and perfectly balanced cocktail.

But what truly elevated our visit to Ombre Grill was the exceptional service. We dined as a family, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special shout-out to Bodrul 🙏, who was absolutely amazing with our children. He was attentive, constantly checking in on us, and his friendly demeanor made him so easy to talk to. Raj also deserves high praise 🙌. He took our order, offered excellent recommendations, and was incredibly appreciative, kind, and simply wonderful. These two, along with the manager who also took the time to chat with us, truly made our evening special.
We travelled from Leicester 📍 to dine at Ombre Grill, and it was absolutely worth the trip 🚗💨. Thanks to the delicious food 😋, great drinks 🍹, convenient parking 🚗💨, lovely ambience ✨, and, most importantly, the outstanding staff 😊, we had a truly wonderful evening. We highly recommend Ombre Grill 👍 and can't wait to return! 💯

I was really impressed by the chilli dip they gave with the poppadoms and the Naga sauce that came with the Steak.

All in all great experience.

One thing I would definitely recommend is get a better quality steak. The lamb chops where more tender than the sirloin steak. Another slight recommendations is use good quality glass mineral water rather than serving plastic volvic bottles, it doesn't suit the decor of the whole restaurant.

However our experience from te starters all the way to the desserts was fantastic.

For starters we had the Dynamite prawns which were fully loaded and they weren't shy on the prawns. The crispy batter complimented the spicy sauce and crispy coleslaw. We also ordered the lamb chops which tasted delicious. The marinate was very favourable and the meat deliciously tender. This definitely enhanced our taste buds for the main course. To be honest this was so delicious that I ordered 2 portions of the Dynamite prawns and Lamb chops to go after our meal.

For the mains we has the Sirloin steak and mix plater for 1. The steak wasn't the best in quality if im honest, it was rubbery and tough even though we ordered it medium rare. However the spicy chips and Naga steak sauce made up for it.
The mix platter was prepared fresh and the waiter exchanged the chips for egg fried rice instead. The salad garnish on the side were also fresh and not stale like normal curry houses.

We just about had enough space for the desserts which seems home prepared rather than being made in house. The chocolate fudge cake was very light and delicate and was just perfect. The concrete cake However was very dence and thick, you may want to tweak this alittle and put your own signature presentation while serving.

Overall it was a great experience and I will be coming back with my whole family, to try out the rest of the menu. I forgot to also mention that they have ample of space when it comes to large booking and booths are very comfortable.

Me and my friends booked this just for an evening meal. The place is beautiful, food was totally amazing, full of flavour, ordered a variety of starters and mains, lamb tawa was my fave dish of the night, soft and succulent. The starters were tasty and tender. Food arrived in table hot and ready to eat.
The customer service we received was excellent.
I would definitely recommend if you fancy some good food.
