We were looking for a tutor to help our 13 year old daughter and Lawrence was recommended by a friend.
Our daughter sat in the middle of the pack in terms of marks within her class and in our opinion, she was getting overlooked and needed some extra tuition and encouragement.
Lawrence has brought her on leaps and bounds with her maths and in her last test, came top of the class.
He has a calm and welcoming nature about him and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in similar circumstances to us.
We had a very positive experience with Lawrence, who taught our son both Maths and English, for a few months coming up to GCSE exams. I think that it's really helped our son's confidence, and almost certainly will have helped the grades too. Lawrence is very patient, enthusiastic, and clearly relates well to children/ teenagers of this sort of age.
