Had a wonderful Afternoon tea for 3 people yesterday, which was delicious & perfect. Lovely cafe, very clean, friendly, owners & staff are very welcoming. Lots of lovely delicious cakes, savouries, sandwiches, to eat in or take away. Will definitely go again! Thankyou.

We had afternoon tea, there's a choice of fruit or plain scones, strawberry or blackcurrant jam, also a choice of cake. The food was very nice, and the service was very good.

Calm cafe atmosphere, festive for the holiday (Easter) great selection of cakes, friendly staff, free WiFi, decent coffee with a nice selection of syrups. I love this local cafe (I'm assuming it's a family run business), I'd definitely visit again. Only thing I can think of for constructive criticism, is that there was a few grains of ground coffee at the bottom of my latte, but that's me looking for things to improve on as I know it can happen. 10/10 visit 👏

I would definitely recommend a visit to Fields Cafe in Birchington. The food and especially the wonderful and really special cakes made by the owner of the Cafe,Jamie are a real treat. The service and atmosphere is just great and it’s very relaxing and enjoyable being there. Today i tried his banana and pineapple cake with pistachio nuts on top!! Absolutely delicious. Large slice too!!

This is one amazing cafe, a very warm welcome from the owners and staff who are fantastic. The service is top quality. The food is amazing. I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone .I can't wait to go back

We’re here on holiday and our friends recommended Quince. The staff were so accommodating when I requested a vegan meal, and my apparently many dislikes of others ingredients they suggested (I didn’t realise I didn’t like so much!)! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgable! I’d say the price is completely fair for the quality and size of the portions! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful food, classy surroundings and ‘just right’ service. It’s a really warm, friendly restaurant. Had a lovely dinner with my extremely well travelled son and he was very impressed! Especially with the red bottle!! Venison was gorgeous too!

A lovely evening at Quince with friends. Staff were attentive but also gave us time to order, chat and enjoy the afternoon without being interrupted lots. My stomach is absolutely full and those charred vegetables I could eat everyday. Thank you for all your hard work and care - we will definitely be back soon. Excellent value for money.

Had an excellent dinner here and was super impressed with the quality of food and service! Came for a birthday and staff couldn't do enough to make it special. Steak was cooked to perfection. Also had a great range of local beer and wines

Alistair was quick to provide me with a quote for an electrical inspection for communal fuse box in our small block of flats. I sent him a photo of our existing fuse box & he could immediately see that it no longer met the current regulations. He then quickly gave me a quote for the price of a new fuse box & the fitting. I booked him in to do the work & he arrived on time with all the necessary parts. He did a great job & was very polite. I will be recommending him to all my friends

I've had problems with my electrics for years. Tim installed a new fusebox and attic light. He also changed a dodgy socket. Since then I have had no problems whatseover! Highly recommended.

Tim was excellent from start to finish. He did a site visit & clearly identified how long the job would take and the cost involved. One of the best tradesmen I've ever had work for me, reliable and well priced I usually find other tradesmen are usually difficult to get ahold of, or won't show up when they say, or charge ridiculous prices. I've never had this problem with Trevor We've used him for big and small jobs, and he's always great at what he does.

Lovely friendly chap that runs the place, we stepped in for a refresher along our coastal walk and he was very accomodating. I had a trio taster of cider and my boyfriend has a trio taster of local ales. All delicious, dog friendly and the locals drinking there made us feel welcome - thank you!

A quirky little bar.recomended to me by Stephen Haughan.author of the peswari Nan's ( look them up on Amazon) but the bar manager lovely chap.and the customers.non of this oh look a stranger vibe u can get. Will go back again.

We have used Wirex on several occasions and cannot fault their service. Liam, Alfie and Matt are all very nice guys and nothing is too much trouble but more importantly they are very good at their job. Unless I am totally convinced I never recommend anyone. I would have no hesitation in passing their number to all friends and family in fact, that is how I got their number. They are not the cheapest but are in no way the most expensive but they are very good value for money....and no, I have not been paid to write this but I would be happy for any commission coming my way. Keep up the good work chaps and I look forward to seeing you on the next project. Best wishes Wayne.

Used Wirex Electrical Ltd a few times. As soon as I enquire about electrical works to be done on my caravan, they are quick to respond, with a price and time. George is very helpful and keeps me posted at all times. I have had a kitchen extractor fitted, a electrical safely check done and a bathroom extractor removed and new one fitted. George is very trustworthy as I'm not around when this work is being carried out. For me that counts for everything.

Dave was recommended to us and turned up on the day he was contacted, he was presented with an awkward task of wiring in two built in ovens with limited space to position the electrical connections. He solved the problem swiftly and competently, completing the task in a relatively short time. Dave has been brilliant. We recently moved into a flat and got three quotes for rewiring. Dave was by far the most reasonable and also offered a more comprehensive service than the other electricians. Second time we have used this company and its always the same level of service, he came out on new years eve and saved was done in the first hour finding and fixing the issue. Very honest and professional, came back and fitted a couple of plug facias,light roses and switches, very reasonable on price and done the job to a high standard, will only ever use and recommend this man from now on

Amazing cafe, staff are absolutely wonderful and cheery! Elz the man that owns the cafe is a proper laugh!! The food is lovely, I’ve been in a few times now and the two waitresses are very kind, lovely and helpful. It’s a clean local cafe. Lisa the cook is very friendly and lovely. Atmosphere is amazing, everyone talks to eachother and there’s 80’s music! Service was astounding like usual. And it’s a dog friendly cafe so bring all your pups!! Would urge anyone to come here with family or friends!!

Called in on the way to Minis Bay beach and so glad we did. Off to a good start cafe being dog friendly. Food and drinks we had were very good as was the service . Turned out the owner used to live local to us . Cafe theamed with Lancaster stuff as the bouncing bomb were tested off the coast at Reculver. Good to see places like this still remembering how many air crew lost in WW2 .

Great restaurant with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The WW2 decor has a very interesting history and adds an extra charm that you don’t get at a lot of other cafés. 100% recommend if you’re in the area and fancy a tasty brunch!
