Matt and his team have transformed the large gardens that form our properties comprising 9 apartments. With many trees and bushes and 3 lawned areas they keep it looking fabulous and work really hard to keep on top of it. I fully recommend M&J Gardens.

Wow! I'm so glad I found these guys. My little terrace garden has been in a poor state for years. I would have ago every now and then but it became overgrown once more in what seemed minutes. I realized that I needed it to be turned into a low maintenance garden as I never had enough time to look after it properly. After having a couple of quotes from other companies, which seemed very over priced, it put me off continuing to look for others. I'm glad I did though and found M&J Gardens. Matt and friends have preformed a miracle and turned my bramble infestation into a manageable garden again. The cats are very happy with the results too. They fixed my fence, cleared the garden, leveled it, landscaped, relayed pavement slabs with membrane and sand as well as a patch of lawn. Everyone was very polite and friendly, I was always informed of what was happening and when. I was also given advice on what would be best, but given options too.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mick for a fantastic job well done. Our garden had become overgrown and unmanageable and we needed a kick start to get it back on track. Mick worked very quickly to get the job completed even pestered by a puppy and a 6 year old chatter box whom he engaged to get involved with the garden. I would highly recommend him

Highly recommended! Mick came to do our pre-winter prep in our garden and couldn't be happier. Service with a smile and he worked really hard to make it much more manageable. My regular gardener let me down after 3 years. I left messages to various other people to ring me to get a quote, none of them had the courtesy to ring me back. I found Deans number and rang him leaving a message. He promptly rang back and arranged a visit to quote for cutting my hedges. Quote given and accepted he came back two days later to complete the task. Good job done, very tidy work and reasonable, more to the point I think he’s reliable. Will ask for his services next year and would highly recommend him to anyone. At this time of year hope he and his family have a happy Christmas.

Dean came to trim an out of control hedge I share with a neighbour, he did such a good job I asked if he could clear my garden of weeds and brambles, wow! Every invader gone, everywhere tidied and at a fair price. Top service.

Clare is very flexible with how much of her services you use. You can have a simple site plan, detailed planting scheme or all this plus hands on and project managing the whole job. Which ever you choose you get first class service at a reasonable price.

Clare is amazing. She was very thorough in her initial consultation - which meant that she really ‘got’ what we were after. Right from the start I was confident she understood the brief, to the extent we went with her very first proposed design. The work was done professionally throughout by Clare and her team (shout out to Zoe in particular!) and the end product is superb. We are absolutely delighted with our garden and even have a maintenance schedule … so it’ll be our fault if things go south from here! But it’s super-easy to maintain. And reasonably priced for the quality of work.

We are absolutely delighted with the finished result!! The design took on board our preferences for shape and materials and the planting plan our ideas for coverage and colour We now have a superb maintenance easy garden that is a riot of our favourite colours Clare managed the whole process to our entire satisfaction including dealing with the subcontractors Most importantly the work was done on time and in budget. We would and have recommended all involved in giving us a garden to be proud of to others.

We asked Clare to help us redesign our small London garden, and were really impressed by her ideas and suggestions. She took time to consider what we wanted from the garden and showed an extensive knowledge of different plants. The final drawings we received were very professional. John and the team were excellent. We had a change in circumstances that meant changing the quote and work schedule which was all worked through and consulted over. The garden clearance and removal of ivy and weeds left the place looking like a whole new garden. The team went above and beyond, were honest what they could and couldn’t do and even gave some helpful advice on what to do next to maintain it. Definitely use these guys again.

John and his brother have worked miracles in our overgrown garden. He came to take a look as I saw him doing a brilliant job on a neighbours garden and asked if he could give us a quote.John suggested work that I hadn't considered but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. They have worked so hard over two days and have been so precise, they are perfectionists. When they had finished transforming our garden they cleared everything away leaving the garden really tidy. Garden Rangers have recently paid me one of their two per year visits to trim & shape the ivy growing on the front of my house. Their work is always of a very high standard & I can’t praise them highly enough for their thoroughness & attention to detail.
