Quite a few years ago when the beast from the east hit us my flue connection was damaged and i was not getting any heat i rang british gas and tbey told me i was not a priority and told me i had to wait 2 weeks. I rang neil and he came in the snow within the hour. Very professional reasonably priced etc and will always bw eternally greatful would highly reccommend him
Neil is really good quick and efficient, when others said we would have to wait weeks Neil was there on Saturday morning to service boiler, cheers mate 👍🏻
