I have been using Hilltop Vets since they opened. It’s a fantastic practice where they care for both your animals and you! They have always been professional, caring and patient. They even put up with me, a slightly neurotic dog owner. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The quality of care my cats receive every single time we are here is tops. I know this is not always able to happen, but I was worried about my cat and they were able to get me in same day and take care of him. It really meant a lot to us and we really appreciate everyone here at Hilltop.

I am excited to continuously bring all of our present and future animals here for years to come.

Couldn't be happier with this vet practice. No one wants their pet to be poorly, but I'm always reassured by how calm and friendly the practice is as soon as I walk in. I've been taking my rescue cat here for six years and they do everything they can to minimise her stress while caring for her, as well as giving me clear and sensible advice. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

All the staff here are amazing. From the reception to the vets. I always feel that my dog's welfare, health and happiness is their first priority. Recently we had an emergency as my dog had eaten some chicken bones and obviously had got them stuck in her throat. She was very distressed and her breathing was affected. As soon as we arrived, and while we where in the reception area, one of the staff members (Gillian) without hesitation just stuck her hand straight in her mouth and scooped out all the bones. Honey was immediately better and we where extremely relieved and grateful.

We had to bring one of our dogs to be euthanized and the way Dodi and the team worked with us through the process was really as great as it could be. They even took some paw prints to remember Heidi by.
Would recommend Hilltop whole heartedly.
